Protecting children and young people from sexual abuse and exploitation online and preventing repeat-victimisation is at the heart of everything we do.
Hotline.ie is the national centre of expertise countering illegal content online, namely child sexual abuse and exploitation, non-consensual sharing of intimate images and videos, racism and xenophobia, and financial scams. With each piece of illegal and harmful content we remove from the Internet, there is one less instance of suffering, of re-victimisation.
We work in partnership with law enforcement, government, academia, online service providers, NGOs, and international partners to make the Internet a safer and a more inclusive place for children, young people, and adults alike.
